Marketing Events & Program Manager – What You’ll Do: The Marketing Events & Program Manager reports into the Director of Strategic Growth Marketing and will be the owner of all things events – from on-site events, to virtual events, user conferences and more. Not only will you spearhead the planning and execution of our events and conferences, but you will also act as the face of OfficeSpace at our events by meeting with current and prospective clients in person. Additional responsibilities include: Create, manage, and execute the event strategy and integrated marketing programs for field events, webinars, industry conferences & tradeshows, and client events. Coordinate all logistics associated with on-site events, including conference and trade show registration, booths, materials and collateral, meeting space, exhibition materials, audiovisual needs, food and refreshments, hotel accommodations, and travel. Coordinate all logistics associated with virtual events, including identifying speakers, increasing outreach and participation, developing and implementing webinar guidelines, and providing logistical support in an effort to generate leads, establish thought leadership, and improve customer retention rates. Conduct, gather and analyze market research to identify new conferences and webinar opportunities. Organize follow up for every event, collaborating with demand gen to identify MQL hand-raisers and put leads into nurture streams. Collaborate with digital marketing to develop and deliver campaigns to drive awareness and attendance at events including segmentation, messaging, creative, & produce event invitations, registration pages, paid and organic social and search, and post-event follow-up communication. Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of the webinar program and events and implement improvements as required. Communicate to sales team all information needed to promote events, drive attendance, capture leads, and ensure follow-up. Leverage HubSpot to manage all lead data from events, and generate reports on ROI. The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required: B2B Marketing experience that includes, creating and executing marketing events and programs. Strategic planning and budgetary experience. Entrepreneurial spirit with growth mindset a get-it-done mentally. Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong project management skills. An incredible eye for detail and adherence to deadlines. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple events and programs simultaneously.
