Job Description : BA/BS required 3+ years of work experience in a digital marketing role Job summary Do you love books and have passion for marketing and program management? The Books team is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and customer-obsessed marketer and program manager to help publishers grow their business on Amazon. The successful candidate will be comfortable working at both the strategic level (using customer insights and data to generate innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing incoming nominations and inquiries, optimizing campaigns, analyzing results, and improving marketing processes and scalability). They will possess an eagle eye for detail and strong relationship management skills, and will work cross-functionally with vendor management, BI, and centralized teams to achieve success. Key job responsibilities Work directly with top publishing houses to design and execute demand-driving marketing. Maintain a high bar in terms of clarity and usefulness for publisher and customer-facing content. Earn trust at all levels and with global stakeholders through excellent communication and collaboration. Track marketing best practices and industry trends, share best practices, and make recommendations About the team The Consumer Marketing Team within the Books Organization uses a full spectrum of marketing channels, including email, in-store, performance marketing, influencers, and out-of-home placements to help customers grow their love of reading and discover their next favorite book. Experience in client-facing roles Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to rapidly experiment and optimize marketing communications Experience using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, databases) to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly Experience optimizing processes for efficiency and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
