| Job Description : | Bilinski’s is looking for an enthusiastic & ambitious Marketing Specialist in our Albany, NY office to help us in our marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion for our sausage products, including chicken sausage and vegetarian items.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & execute social media strategy for all branded social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)Assist in creation of original content for social media pages (working directly with in-house team to create content)Engage with Bilinski’s consumers on all social media channels, acting as community manager for all channelsManage digital campaigns with Google Analytics and SEO/SEM for all digital-marketing related activitiesLead in social media influencer strategy & manage day to day contracts and relationships with influencersAnalyze and evaluate industry benchmarks/market research regarding competitor’s programs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvementLeading creation of website content & execution of content updatesAssist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategiesConduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trendsProvide relevant reports, collect key competitive intelligence, develop insights and report findings related to new product opportunitiesBrainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaignsRequirements2-4 years proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role (CPG industry experience preferred)Proficiency in Facebook business manager & creation + optimization of social adsStrong analytical capability and critical thinking skills (knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Hoot Suite or Sprout social preferred).Knowledge of how to extract, clean and manipulate data from multiple systems into reporting objects for analysis.
