We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative and motivated Marketing Testing & Optimization Coordinator/Specialist to join our team working to build the best web and campaign experiences. As a Marketing Testing & Optimization Coordinator/Specialist you’ll work alongside stakeholders and our internal creative teams to test concepts, optimize experiences and influence design, messaging and user interactions — aligning our business goals with customer needs. You’ll create, audit and optimize our campaigns motions and website to increase engagement with compelling design, enticing calls to action and intuitive user experiences. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Web Content, Web Design and marketing campaigns teams to audit, analyze and optimize the user experience. Support A/B testing and personalization goals with new ideas, trends and user behavior insights, in collaboration with the Web Team and marketing campaign teams. Compare and contrast our experiences and content to identify areas of improvement and content gaps. Collaborate with Web Design, Web Content and marketing campaigns teams to turn suggestions into hypothesis with successful metrics and tracking. Become an expert on our users’ needs and the success of our digital marketing meeting those needs, through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Create user journey maps and personas to understand how visitors are using our marketing site and interacting with our campaigns. Conduct SEO and CRO research to suggest content and design improvements to insight.com and campaigns. Knowledge, skills and abilities The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. One to three years of marketing experience and ability to show examples of research and engagement improvements Excellent written and verbal communication Comfort interviewing stakeholders/users and hosting collaborative sessions to elicit feedback and optimization ideas Motivation and drive to generate ideas and follow them through conceptualization, execution, performance tracking and optimization Ability to establish and monitor multiple tests running simultaneously and communicate results to stakeholders Identifying trends and translating research findings into actionable improvements on the web and in campaigns Knowledge of SEO, CRO and analytics tools — Moz, Google Analytics and other SEO- and CRO-tracking solutions Understanding of SEO and in-bound marketing best practices Understanding of user experience and the ability to ensure the journey is clear, compelling and actionable Interest in technology and how it can impact and improve business performance Ability to contribute individually and to participate in cross-functional teams Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong critical-thinking, research and problem-solving skills Excellent time-management, organization and project management skills, with attention to detail from inception through execution The position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
