Naperville, IL – Hybird (2-3 days in office)

$65k-$85k base

My client is a young and established company that’s expanding their internal marketing team and are looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to manage the execution of ROI-based digital activation plans across paid search, paid social, display, CTV, and programmatic.

Must Have Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on execution and management of paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns.
Experienced in consumer product goods (CPG) – not B2B.
Experienced in Google, Amazon and paid social ad tools and networks.
Strong understanding of best practices for ad creative, segmentation and optimization.
Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
Oversight of very large media budgets (multi-million dollar budgets or close to).

Responsibilities:

Lead the daily execution and be accountable for delivering business growth objectives through ROI-based digital activation across paid search, paid social, display, and CTV.
Oversee paid media strategy to invest in the most effective/efficient means.
Be accountable and lead delivery against KPIs and working within media budgets.
Operate campaigns using Facebook, Instagram, Google and Bing search, Google Display Network, Amazon, Sponsored ads, TikTok, etc.
Build robust tracking, attribution and overall data infrastructure.
Manage relationships with key partners in the advertising ecosystem.
Provide performance reporting on campaigns, taking action on insights gained.
Collaborate with fellow marketers, designers and business teams to manage projects.
Experiment across platforms, conducting data analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
Overall search/media/activation budgets.

Other Requirements:

BA/BS in marketing, advertising or similar.
Demonstrated ability to grow increase acquisition, conversions and revenue.
Experienced in quantifying marketing impact and campaign performance, including building ROI-based investment framework and managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets.
eCommerce experience preferred, but not required.
