Swell, division of IMPACT, was founded by a team of former agency owners who came together with one common passion—to relentlessly pursue growth for our clients and ourselves.We are currently seeking a Project Manager to keep us hyper-organized as we grow.As a Project Manager, you’ll act as the right-hand person to the Director of Paid Media, managing the operations of the Swell team and interfacing with clients to keep projects organized and on pace. You will attend all regularly scheduled client calls to take impeccable notes, ensure everyone is on the same page with what’s needed in order to accomplish set objectives, break projects into the tasks needed and monitor campaign production through launch.This role has high growth potential in that as the team expands, we hope the person who fills this role will be able to grow the team under them.Does this sound like you?You gain great satisfaction from finishing a project flawlessly.You get a rush from figuring out how to balance and manage multiple projects for multiple clients at a time.Your teammates know that if you are managing a project, they’ll be able to do their best work.
