What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for paid search and paid social media marketing for 1-2 BIG brands. You will help to grow the brands and their sales by finding and reaching more new customers and increasing brand awareness. You’ll use data to drive your decisions, optimize your campaigns and to drive new ideas for creative, campaigns and targeting new audiences. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will train and coach you, sharing digital marketing and industry insights and knowledge. You will collaborate with others on the marketing and brand teams to share ideas and integrate efforts. Detailed Job Description
Manage and execute effective paid ad campaigns across paid search (Google) OR Facebook/Instagram.
Provide creative solutions to optimize KPI metrics, including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.
Own the growth and optimization of assigned accounts
Effectively manage the budget of paid channels for maximum results
Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in marketing campaigns.
Analyze advertising creative and provide direction based on platforms’ best practices for future creative.
Build relationships of trust with brand stakeholders and the Marketing/Creative team through regular meetings and consistent communication regarding campaign performance, insights, changes, and plans to improve.
Proactively and continually looking for opportunities to improve KPI metrics and reach new audiences to grow the brand
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create integrated, cross-channel campaigns
Support and assist the Growth Marketing Manager
This position is Work From Home Flexible but will be based out of BIG Headquarters located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Periodic on-site workdays will be required.
. Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience managing paid search and/or paid social media platforms
Relevant degree or Facebook/Google Certifications also counted as equivalent experience
Positive attitude, takes initiative and is a team player
Strong, professional verbal & written communication
Collaborative and willing to listen to and try out new ideas
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts, projects, and tasks at the same time
High proficiency in Excel
Passion for marketing, digital advertising, creative outside-the-box thinking, video, and data analysis.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and pivoting quickly when needed
An optimistic problem solver and a drive to “Get things done”
Not required but a plus: knowledgeable about Google Analytics, and attribution
