This person will report to the Executive Creative Director and work closely with the Content Marketing team to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful paid media campaigns on social networks. The Paid Social Media Manager is responsible for developing a plan from the ground up, along with day-to-day management of tasks.The Paid Social Media Manager must be a self-starter in order to ensure timely delivery of all tasks. This role requires someone who is capable of owning this department and is collaborative, strategic and enjoys problem solving.If this describes you and if you’re someone who loves to support a team in ways they might not have known they needed, Evia’s the place for you.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES· Create, direct and manage the daily workflow of all paid social campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation & maintenance, and post-buy recaps· Build internal process for creating campaigns, gathering metrics and presenting data to the team.· Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development· Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and service· Lead regular check-ins on campaign performance and track against KPI· Initiate regular knowledge share sessions to present and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance· Develop action plans for achieving and measuring social media success, including setting key metrics, measurement and optimization strategies· Advocate the value of social media and help educate clients, partners and internal teams on the latest developments and capabilities in this fast-growing media channel· Provide direction as needed for improving campaign performance through optimization and/or implementing new features and strategies· Develop points of view on new technologies, trends and opportunities in the social media marketplace· Adopt established account management standards and enhance campaign best practices· Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members· Champion and facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and companyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· 3+ years of experience managing Search, Display, Video, Social and/or Mobile Programmatic Media Buying1+ years working with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter ads platforms with hands-on experience managing and optimizing buys through API and/or self-serve tools· Strong communication skills, including written and verbal· Must have a personal vehicle to attend off site meetings and complete tasks as needed· Experience with Microsoft Products: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePointProficiency in HubSpot or other CRMBachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalentTERMS· Part-time hourly position· Approximately 20 hours a week· Paid Time Off after 6 months· Location: Seattle or Remote· Hours to start: 5 hours per week**IMPORTANT**To comply with our Equity and Inclusion Strategy we will only be accepting applications via: https://www.evia.events/part-time-paid-social-media-manager (Please do not submit resume via Indeed’s “Apply Now” option or email)Job Type: Part-timePay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offWork Location: Remote |
