| Job Description : | POSITION SUMMARYThe Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for aggregating marketing data through query- building and use of analytics in order to identify improvement opportunities and influence key marketing strategies across Earl Enterprises Restaurants, among those Buca di Beppo, Bertucci’s, Brio, Bravo, Planet Hollywood and Chicken Guy.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable Accommodations StatementTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Functions Statements(s)Leverages measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiativesDemonstrate knowledge of digital marketing current best practices and understanding of digital production processesDemonstrate knowledge of social media guidelines, including, but not limited to WOMMA and “pay-per-post”Demonstrate knowledge of media strategy and planning options and the media role in integrated communication.Analyze social media data using techniques in Excel as well as various other tools, data visualization software, and manual tagging methodsSynthesizes social media conversations and insights around the brands into reports that effectively communicate social media insight to partnersCoordinate with the Social Media Manager and the Marketing department to design advertising campaignsMaintain an internal database of catalogued reports, investigate trends, and provide benchmarking as neededCreate unique presentation designs that illustrate difficult concepts for audiences of different levelsStay up to date on industry trends and platform-specific needs in the social media spaceVariety of ADHOC projects that contribute to the daily maintenance of multiple social properties.QUALIFICATIONSProven competency across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTokExperience using Boolean Search LanguageAbility to develop expertise in complex keyword search expressions, linguistic operators and qualifiers, pattern detection, and regular expressionsProven self-starter and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent writing skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, put together insights and tell a storyExcellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skillsIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; Interest in math and/or statistics a plusProven ability in Microsoft Excel, Word, Pages and Keynote (Mac)Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry preferredExtensive understanding of online marketing industry trends and tacticsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationshipsStrong communication skills for interacting with senior managementSKILLS & ABLITIESEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Data Analytics or a relevant field preferredExperience: 4+ years experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment;Experience with leveraging marketing and analytics tools.
