PRODUCT MANAGER – Digital Experience
Health IQ has set upon itself to completely change the way seniors choose their healthcare plans by using AI/ data science, and world class user experience to bring transparency, objectivity, and intelligence to the insurance purchasing process. We need a Product Manager to drive this product end to end and establish Health IQ as a leader in the digital insurance market.

We rely on our product managers to take full ownership of a product and it’s KPIs. By maintaining good client, industry, and market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on Health IQ products.

At Health IQ Product Managers think critically through unique problems with no set playbook and quickly implement a path to a solution while toggling effortlessly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds tactical problem-solving.

What you will be doing:

Work with senior management to conceptualize, articulate and plan innovative consumer facing products that dazzle and inspire.
Provide the critical thinking necessary to convert high-level plans into actionable roadmaps spanning multiple areas including Design, Engineering, Clinical Insights, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support and Regulatory teams.
Provide the domain expertise in terms of plan design, insurance selection, benefits comparison, and other elements of Medicare Advantage plans.
Establish peer relationships across the company and in the industry to revise, prioritize and execute on laid out roadmaps.
Instrument key process with important KPIs to monitor the roll out of products and plan for revisions.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, medical, actuarial, or business-related field of study required; graduate degree preferred
5-10 years overall experience
Experience in Medicare Advantage plan design, competitive analysis of MA plans and/ or other aspects of Medicare Advantage plans
Experience working in a fast-paced environment that is heavily data-driven
The ability to define goals and success with clearly measurable results
Experience building and implementing a PM process
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong ability to champion your ideas.
