Job summary

The Payment Acceptance and Experience Marketing team seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and engagement with Amazon customers globally. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results through consumer marketing channels. If you are highly organized, able to work closely with multiple internal teams and payment partners, and passionate about marketing experimentation, this may be the role for you. You will be tasked with testing new ideas and concepts, gleaning insights from what worked (or didn’t), and leveraging opportunities to scale programs based on results. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

About the team
This position may be based in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA.

Key job responsibilities

Develop marketing experimentation plan and execution roadmap
Lead initiatives end-to-end, working with cross functional teams – legal, finance, product, design, and data science – to optimize, execute and deliver campaigns
Create on-brand, best-in-class content, tailored to appropriate customers
Partner with internal design team to innovate on marketing campaigns
Analyze the performance of campaigns – and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders
Experience marketing payment methods and/or financial services products
Proficiency in SQL
Strong analytic and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
Self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment
