Job Description :	Recruitment Marketing and Social Media Specialist – Remote We are looking for a talented individual to fill a Recruitment Marketing and Social Media Specialist position at CSU. This person will focus specifically on recruitment marketing and social media efforts to support the Talent Acquisition Team that works to fill clinical positions for the Genesis Healthcare RPO.. Adobe Creative Suite experience is a must-have. This is a fully remote position! Design specialty ads for unique talent acquisition sourcing strategies such as bus wraps, hand sanitizer stations, and geofencing. Enhance the company’s reputation by responding to employment reviews and monitoring the Genesis careers online rankings as compared to competitors. Oversee the Genesis careers site so it contains engaging content, regularly updated based on changes in the organization that would compel candidates to apply Manage vendor relationships related to social media and the career site hosting monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews. Develop social media content that engages existing followers and attracts new followers on careers social media channels. Generate Genesis careers social media analytics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis on Marketing, English, Graphic Design, and/or Communications. Three years of previous marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry is required. Demonstrated experience in recruitment marketing communications and creative design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating a variety of business communications and presentations. *Portfolio of design productions to demonstrate talent is preferred. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight and often changing deadlines. Ability to work independently and be adaptive/flexible to changing priorities. Competency using MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro), Canva, and Hootsuite.
