Oversee and guide marketing activities including SEO, eCommerce, database and digital marketing and online advertising Manage efforts of outside marketing vendors including web designers, web developers, paid agency teams, content writers, and copy editors Lead webmaster in collaboration with web developers on all outpatient, Alliance, and Agile websites Work collaboratively with operations, compliance, HR and legal on developing and maintaining all marketing policies and procedures Set and optimize budgets for external agencies Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research Guides and collaborates with sales team and project managers on the marketing and promotion of Agile EMR software Oversees all reporting for OP brands, Alliance, Agile Virtual PT, and EMR to measure efforts against KPIs Works in collaboration with the director of marketing of Biocorrect on email campaigns, Shopify store and Amazon store management Analyze information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization This list of duties is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that senior management may deem necessary. What experience do I need? Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience High level of organization and attention to detail Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interface and maintain effective relationships with all levels internally and externally. Self-directed with sound technical and analytical abilities, good judgment, and business acumen. The proficient ability to use Microsoft Office and other software programs as necessary to prepare appropriate analysis and reports. What are some of the benefits of the job?
