Job Description : | Senior Director Development, Small Business Digital Marketing We have an opening for a highly motivated, experienced, hands-on Senior Director Digital Marketing Development to help lead the strategic growth of the Small Business Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) Development Team. The team is focused on ensuring that what we build helps to promote solutions and services to new prospects and current ADP small business clients, through digital marketing website experiences and in-product omni-channel marketing programs and campaigns supporting the Roll by ADP® product marketing and RUN by ADP® in product marketing teams. We’re looking for Senior Director of Digital Marketing Development who will play a key role on the small business marketing team to add technical leadership, development knowledge, experience, and expertise to our agile marketing team. You will work closely with other team members and agency partners to solve digital marketing and technical challenges. We need someone who will take ownership of new development projects, ongoing support initiatives and participate in analysis of business needs, partnering with creative and product marketing teams to recommend the best technical solution to help address client marketing challenges working collaboratively with agency partners and internal team members to develop and deploy new marketing programs. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the small business marketing and product teams to create best in class B2B digital destinations and campaign journey’s to inform, educate, influence, and drive incremental client sales leads for the business leveraging Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimizely and other marketing technology. This job requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, serious technical capability, a focus on delivering quality digital experiences on time and most importantly the ability to lead and contribute to a collaborative, disciplined and deadline-driven team. Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader, manager and Front End/CMS Developer skilled in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, NPM, Gulp, XML, XSLT, Sitecore CMS, JQuery, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Journey Builder, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other technology to work on ADP’s small business client and prospect marketing programs. Responsibilities: Development and ongoing maintenance of marketing websites and campaigns using Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Optimizely in partnership with our Small Business Client Marketing teams to build omnichannel personalized marketing journeys leveraging these tools to drive small business cross-sell and upsell opportunities to sales Development of HTML landing pages and website content including text, graphics development, video, and interactive features delivering pixel perfect code from design deliverables. Interface with Marketing teams to define and implement strategic initiatives helping enhance the user experience for clients and prospects based on data insights and marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement A/B and Multivariate tests using Optimizely or Salesforce Interaction Studio. Partner with Sales Automation and Sales Operations to ensure lead flow process on ADP RUN product has full system integration with backend systems such as Eloqua and Salesforce.com ensuring all solutions are aligned to the sales automation objectives. Develop and enhance business partnerships by providing strategic guidance to business partners on effective campaign management, operations and optimization techniques ensuring ability to track and analyze outcomes. Performs other relevant duties as assigned and identified. Education: Bachelor’s Degree computer science / programming / marketing technology preferred Experience: 5-10 years of experience leading and managing development teams. Experience in managing teams that deliver large scale projects involving the development of B2B websites and omnichannel marketing campaigns (advertising, landing pages, email nurture programs and more). Experience working with Sitecore CMS or similar enterprise level content management systems. Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience with Optimizely, Hotjar, Mouseflow and other digital marketing technologies. Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and partnering with analytics teams to implement event and lead tracking. Experience leading development and QA teams and implementing process and procedures to ensure high quality deliverables Experience leading or managing agile teams Experience leading or managing planning sessions and establishing schedules Digital Advertising/Marketing Agency experience a plus. #LI-CS1 |
