| Job Description : | Job Description: Job Description The Marketing Technology team is looking for a Marketing Automation Developer to design innovative solutions leveraging cloud technologies. In this role, you will work with business partners to understand their website content needs, translate those needs into creative and innovative solutions. As an email Developer on our Agile Marketing Automation team, you will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and send world-class emails that are data-driven, responsive, cross-client compatible, personalized, and effective. You will also learn to build journeys, web pages, data extensions and events as a cross-functional member of the team. The Expertise and Skills You Bring 2+ years using Marketing Automation systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and the CRM core objects a plus. Proficient at email development: Responsive HTML/CSS, AmpScript Database experience (SQL), a plus Ability to work comfortably in Agile methodology Understanding of industry best practices related to email development and delivery Strong, confident presenter and communicator Creative problem solver with attention to detail Able to learn and teach others Desire to learn and work across both email and web development Familiar with the Agile methodology Comfortable with paired programming and team programming Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal people skills and the ability build productive relationships with a broad array of functional areas. Also, able to bring internal business partners along on our journey.
