As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for strategizing, developing, implementing, and managing innovative integrative marketing strategies that will build the JCC brand and special events, leading to increased awareness, participation, fundraising revenue and relevance among our various target audiences. This position is in Nassau County (East Hills), Long Island.How You’ll Help Us Be Successful: Conceptualize, implement and manage comprehensive integrated traditional and digital marketing campaigns and communications, including compelling, impactful and measurable PR strategies that will enhance the JCC’s image and position within the marketplace and the general publicOptimize and analyze advertising campaigns on search engines, social media platforms, display advertising, retargeting networks and local publicationsEvaluate the outcomes of marketing projects as established during the planning phaseCreate and implement marketing calendars for each department you overseeManage marketing budgetsSupport and collaborate with Program Directors, Marketing Managers and Graphic DesignersAny additional duties agreed upon by Vice President of Brand Strategy + CommunicationsWhat You’ll Need To Be Successful: 5+ years’ experience in Marketing/Communications.
