Job Description : | Rhythm is looking for a dynamic Sr. Social Media Strategist to be the creator and primary driver of social media platforms and content communication strategies between our biggest brands and their biggest fans.The Sr. Social Media Strategist is both a dreamer and a doer who is highly goal oriented and a strong collaborator who can work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure and co-own the effectiveness and successful day-to-day implementation of their creative and effective social media plans.What You’ll Do: Be a key player in the client discovery process, helping support stakeholder and core team workshops to surface socially relevant business, brand, and audience needs requirements.Understand research techniques and methodologies and use them to create research audited and support development/execution of client campaigns.Brainstorm, develop, and execute your social media platform and content strategies in line with brand objectives.Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etcBe proficient in supporting the creation and execution of paid social in tandem with our paid media department.Define the social media KPIs and program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and monitoring results; work with the analytics team and oversee preparation of metrics, tracking and activity reports as based on client reporting needs.Actively test and analyze targeting criteria, creative, and messaging strategies through campaign native and 3rd party analytics platforms to surface impactful insights further driving social performance.Work closely with other departmental team members as part of a multidisciplinary team including copywriters and designers.Be the subject matter expert of all things social throughout the agency and brands we engage.Support the strategy team in surfacing new opportunities and supporting new brand initiatives through research and presentations to director and C-level executives.Conduct research and create materials to support general business development opportunities.You’re right for this role if you: You’re as much a social media addict as we are!Get excited about new people, brands, businesses, and possibilities.Love working with a diverse group of like-minded performance driven creative thinkers, doers, and leaders.Are a humble team player willing to elevate the game of those around you.Don’t accept something as is but prefer to understand it, prove it, and improve it.Have a point of view and know how to articulate it.EssentialsExperience creating social media platforms and content strategies that incorporate multiple social accounts such as IG, FB, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.Experience managing multiple communities across social media accounts, with experience in paid social.Experience addressing reputational challenges across review platforms.Exceptional creativity and problem-resolution skills in a dynamic, client-centered environment.Experience with B2B, B2C, and multiple verticals.A deep comprehension of common social tools and insight platforms.High attention to detail and ability to prioritize based on business needs and time availableStrong communication and persuasion skills, whether in writing, presentation, or speakingAbout UsRhythm is an Irvine based performance focused agency striving to develop innovative solutions through research and data.
