Job Description : * This a remote position that will require occasional visits to our Los Angeles offices. Candidates must be in the Los Angeles area for consideration. *Next Health is a health optimization center that utilizes the latest technology from Cryotherapy, IV Therapy, Hormone Optimization, Stem Cells, Biomarker Testing & more for customers to optimize and take their health to the next level!We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Manager to join our team! The Social Media & Community Manager will coordinate engaging social media campaigns that showcase all our service offerings on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube and develop meaningful relationships in the community. Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven people are encouraged to apply! The ideal candidate will have experience in, and innovative ideas about content generation for various social media platforms and a passion for Health & Wellness.This is a full-time position with health benefits, room for growth, and awesome company perks!Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (Required)Experience: Social Media Management: 2 years (Required), Marketing: 1 year (Required) Experience working in the Health & Wellness industry (Preferred).Qualifications: · Energetic, ability to represent and promote the Next Health brand.· Ability to write, generate, and deliver to creative content (text, image and video).· Have experience with managing content calendar, managing content assetsfor business.· Excellent sales and marketing skills.· Have experience with social media analytics (google, twitter, Facebook etc.)· Ability to research changes in the social media space.Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics· Proficiency in analyzing social media accounts, engagement, and identifying areas for improvements.· Be detail-oriented with high standards for your quality of work.· Experience with graphic design.· Have strong writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.· Be a self-starter who is thrilled by engagement rates and latest media trends.· Excels in community building.Experience in cross partnerships and working with influencer marketing.Responsibilities: · Supports staff with content creation and managing the Next Health social media accounts.· Researches and advises on social media best practices.· Monitors and reports out on social media analytics for all platforms.· Engage and interact with online community responding to comments and messages on all social media platforms.· Innovates new, fresh approaches to ensure that Next Health is maximizing social media channels and reaching new audiences.· Occasional travel to Next Health offices may be required to capture new and fresh photos.· Other duties as assigned to meet the ever-changing landscape of social media.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $35.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
