Role: Social Media Coordinator
Duration: Fulltime

Job Description
Superb writing skills
Highly skilled in social voice, comms and engagement
Understanding of Internet culture and expert in the social space (trends, influencers, engagement, things to be cautious of etc.) and background in writing for customer support, technical, and social media scenarios
Very knowledgeable about all things social media product and policy
Passionate and interested in social media creators and their communities
Ability to handle all most complex/sensitive replies from influencers, top creators, high engagement tweets, draft broadcast tweets (aka statements from the company, and known issues comms
Ability to recognize errors and act as case approvers/escalation point for all agents globally for any sensitive comms to ensure high quality responses
Ability to translate highly technical language into messaging that is user-friendly and easy to comprehend (i.e. take a technical issue and explain it in a succinct <280 characters, easy-to-digest way)
Ability to summarize an issue in a high-quality way (for bugs/escalations to internal teams)
Ability to triage and escalate effectively (able to take many users’ reports of a topic and summarize the issue for engineering, product, or PR teams)
Ability to learn quickly
Executive presence over email
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Social Media support experience
Schedule flexibility to accept a shift in a 24/7 environment. Consistent shifts will be provided, and will include evenings, nights, and/or weekends
