Art Basel is seeking for our office in Basel, Switzerland a digital passionate person as Social Media Coordinator (temporary assignment – maternity cover until end of December 2022) Job ID 460 Your responsibilities Work closely with Global Social Media Manager on developing creative content across different platforms (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn) Collaborate on executing live social media marketing campaigns in connection with our global shows Monitor audience conversations and conduct community engagement across all platforms Track and analyze data to help inform social platform strategy Perform administrative tasks ranging from maintaining key internal tools and documents to asset management Create visual assets using established templates Your profile 2+ years of experience in crafting and managing social media Bachelor’s degree in arts-related, marketing/communications, or any comparable field Awareness of the intricacies of social media platforms and the algorithms that govern them Familiar in optimizing content across all channels Strong know how in writing effective, entertaining copy for social media content across channels Experience in producing original Instagram post and Story content Experience in crafting a narrative with original photo/video Results driven, organized and detail-oriented mindset Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills working effectively across functional teams Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, photo/video editing, and/or social graphics is a plus Has a passion for visual culture and art; familiarity with contemporary art strongly preferred Willingness and ability to travel internationally Strong communication skills in English Your employer The MCH Group is a leading international live-marketing company with a comprehensive services network spanning the entire exhibition and event market We develop traditional trade fairs to modern platforms and communities.
