You will be in charge of creating original text posts and video content, managing our social media posts, and responding to messages/comments. You will be responsible for managing Billfold’s image in a cohesive way and upholding our values.As our social media manager, we expect that you are up to date with the different social media trends and the latest digital technologies. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. We want you to be able to handle our social media presence and ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesPerform research on current trends and audience preferencesDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsGenerate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news)Collaborate with other teams, to ensure brand consistencyCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor reviewsOversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and layouts)Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applicationsRequirements3+ years proven work experience as a social media managerHas an understanding & experience of of B2B and B2C communicationsHas experience creating short, medium and long terms strategiesHands on experience in content managementExcellent communication skillsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Familiarity with web designAnalytical and multitasking skillsSome level of photography experience via the phone is fineComfortable with working weekends and late evenings.Comfortable creating reports and using that data to drive social media direction.Able to work with a team, but proactively and autonomously.Job Type: Full-timePay: $62,000.00 – $82,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityExperience:Social media management: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
