Creating and engaging a B2B community? Are you a data enthusiast? Today, we are building our Corporate Marketing and Communication team and we are looking for our first social media manager! A team player who will help cultivate and grow our brand through our social media channels (mostly LinkedIn and Twitter today) and closely monitor our community’s conversations and insights, with a focus on B2B social campaigns and content. This role reports directly to our Corporate Marketing and Communications Director – based in Europe. The position can be located in the US or Europe. The ideal candidate can be flexible regarding working hours. In this key role, you will create, plan and execute our social media strategy to help us grow our audience and drive engagement You will serve as the primary point of contact ensuring that our social media content supports our business goals, represents our brand voice, meets the needs of our audiences – and stand out from the competition! What you can expect to do on a daily basis Share responsibility with the Corporate Marketing and Comms team for social media editorial calendar, campaign and content development, publishing, and reporting Research, creatively input into, plan and deliver social media strategies, based on knowledge of our business, understanding its commercial objective, vision for the brand, key messages, and media requirements – This includes monitoring social media platforms and responding to queries Establish social strategy that optimizes content for Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, and additional and/or emerging platforms. Manage the creation and delivery of organic social media campaigns and content plans across a variety of channels for our audiences Write high-quality, impactful copy suitable for a range of internal and external audiences and channels and arrange photography/filming where required What you bring Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in a similar role Strong track record in working in cross-functional teams, project management, and driving multifaceted deliverables Ability to effectively communicate and build trust with internal stakeholders and drive alignment with cross-functional teams Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptability, agility, and positivity Comfortable with an iterative, test and learn approach Nice to have English native speaker B2B experience Agency experience is a plus What we bring as a team We trust each other – Try, succeed, fail we will always have your back!
