As a Social Media Manager, you will help define and finesse the voice of Practicum (by Yandex) across social media and play a pivotal role in growing our social presence. You will ensure our social content is aligned to our business and brand objective and be the point of contact for everyday content needs. You’re a creative thinker who stays on top of the latest social trends, you have a bias for action and are not afraid to test, learn and pivot, and you have a roll-up-your-sleeve mentality to create content and execute ambitious plans.Responsibilities: Manage organic social media calendars for key social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.Develop copy and write design briefs.Coordinate with copywriting, design & video teams to make sure our content is relevant, engaging, and published in a timely fashion.Ensure social media channel and content strategy are aligned with the business, marketing, and sales goals.Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a monthly content calendar that supports various marketing initiatives.Help develop a video strategy for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube and help bring it to life.Manage social media community and respond to queries.Actively monitor social media performance and web traffic, in collaboration with the growth marketing team.Share actionable social media insights with the growth + content teams for consistent improvement.Work with the marketing team to manage influencer strategy & content execution.What you bring to the table: 3+ years of social media management experience (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related fieldCopywriting + aesthetic senseExperience with TikTok, Snapchat, and/or Instagram ReelsExcellent collaboration and communication skillsProficient in social media scheduling tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer, Loomly, Sprinklr, etc.)General knowledge of social media analytics & social listening.General knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google AnalyticsStrong project management skills with great attention to detailAbility to multi-task and quickly pivotA sense of humor is a must!Bonus points: Video editing skills to create short-form videos for TikTok & ReelsPrevious experience in new customer acquisitionWhat can we offer you?Remote, full-time workGrowth.
