| Job Description : | Job Description -The successful candidate will have experience creating content (mainly social media content) in a full-time capacity prior to applying. Having experience in SEO/SEM is preferred but not requiredThe candidate will be expected to: -Create content for several clients in various industries for multiple outlets. Content creation requires design and copy skills.-Communicate with the client on a weekly basis via email and if the client prefers, telephone.-Manage growth and engagement on social media outlets.-Lead onboarding meetings with new clients as well as quarterly meetings to deliver analytics, discuss issues, and highlight successes. You will not be expected to lead one of these meetings until your 3-4th meeting.-Manage ad spend budgets through the creation and deployment of social ads.-Be a self-governing employee. This position is one of accountability and responsibility, leadership at Ke is not a micro-managing aspect, so this is critical.-Act as the project manager for their social media clients with multiple services (ie: videography, SEO, copywriting, email marketing, etc). This is supported by our full-time admin assistant.-Track their time and work in a project management system.-be able to problem solve and troubleshoot. We’re a team, we’re not Jeeves.-Have excellent attention to detail and stay organized.
