Job Description : | Rubenstein Law is seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join its growing Marketing team in our Broward Office. As part of our Marketing Team, the Social Media Specialist works with the team to create, plan, implement & report on the social media strategy that includes targeted ads, and creative, informative content that supports our clients and drives business. Duties and responsibilities Develop Social Media Strategy, Content, and Ads Manage and Monitor social media properties including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest Identify, define, and report KPIs – specifically for social media Collaborate with team members to develop attractive and informative campaigns that drive business Keeping up with technologies used in social media Use SEO, A/B testing & other tools to design & optimize campaigns. Distill dense subjects and concepts to life in simple terms, infusing personality and authenticity into content and extracting accessible stories from “heady” topics Develop audience for targeted branding, lead generation and marketing ads Skills and qualifications At least one (1) year of experience as a Social Media Coordinator, or similar role Skilled in business posts & ads across social media platforms Experience writing professionally, ideally social content & ads for business (include 2-3 examples/links with your resume) Impeccable knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and creative copywriting skills tailored for web/social content Experience with Facebook ad manager, power editor, creating audiences, and social ads that convert Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results. Demonstrates creativity while maintaining brand standards, voice, and tone Experience in using tools such as Hootsuite, Sendible, Canva, Photoshop, WebMaster tools, Analytics, FB Insights, etc. Familiar with digital design and publishing Able to manage concurrent projects Critical thinker and problem-solver Enjoys learning new things Solid communication & relationship-building skills.
