Must have a thorough understanding of all email best practices and marketing strategies.Essential FunctionsManaging B2B email campaigns with enterprise-level email marketing automation software (i.e. HubSpot, Mindmatrix, Glasshive, etc.).Understanding of B2B lead generation best practices.Analysis of email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.Managing email campaign workflows throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize leads.Carrying out segmentation of the database.Ability to create email drip workflows.Understands how to implement personalization tokens into emails and landing pages.A/B testing for email campaigns for continual optimization for best ROI.Understands how to improve open rates, reduce bounce rates, and maximize CTR.Tracking and reporting on lead generation metrics generated through email marketing campaigns to guide data-driven improvements.Collaborate with management and Call Center to ensure email leads are qualified by the in-house telemarketing team.Provides email data analysis and suggestions for optimization.Experience with DKIM and email sending domain best practices.Experience with list purchases and list clean-up.Creates strategy on how to keep emails out of SPAM folders.Devises strategies to increase engagement through email design, content optimization, and conversion optimization.Produces monthly reporting and knows how to interpret the results.Identifies and analyzes metrics, email optimization research, competitive market analysis, competitive email design analysis, and implementation of search best practices.Partners with external clients to create, implement, and optimize email campaigns across multiple touchpoints.Collaborates with other agency teams to improve email design, content, and results.Understands how to optimize emails for mobile devices.Stays informed of current email marketing best practices news and strategies as they relate to reporting key developments to the other internal team members.Ensures proper business intelligence (analytics, KPI’s analysis and reporting) are applied and performs ROI analysis.Other duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field3-5 years of experience in email marketingExperience working in enterprise-level CRMs/Marketing Automation platforms building campaigns consisting of emails, landing pages, workflows, reporting dashboards, smart lists, personalization tokens, and more.Experience building email templates and deploying emails within content management systemsHighly proficient with HTML and CSSExperience with Google Analytics and reporting dashboardsExcellent written communication and copywriting skillsGraphic design skills expectedStrong project management skillsAn ability to work under tight deadlinesA great work ethic with a desire to learn and grow.Must be able to work effectively and cross-functionally across all teams and departments.Strong attention to detail.Good listener who can help drive consensusAdaptable and able to thrive in rapidly changing, growing environmentComfortable working on multiple projects concurrently and meeting project deadlinesStrong sense of personal integrity and a high degree of personal responsibility/accountabilityComfort with multiple, shifting priorities and short deadlinesThe ability to work closely and easily with a diverse teamTeam player that has fun on the job while getting a lot doneMac user is essential.Experience with a mass email tool is a bonus (i.e. Constant Contact, MailChimp, HubSpot)Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, DreamweaverMicrosoft 365 – Teams, Word, Excel, SharepointBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceShort and Long-Term Disability401(k) Plan with Company Matching OpportunitiesPaid Give Back Day14 Days PTO (accrued)Paid HolidaysFirst Friday CelebrationsWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Will you now or in the future require sponsorship?
