To support our Agency + AdTech Industry Marketing Team, we are seeking a senior marketer that dives deep into understanding the business needs of agency decision makers (the customer). Agency decision makers include media strategists + planners, digital investment buyers, analysts, performance/search marketers, and ad tech leads. These customers actively look for new products and services to flex with shifts in advertising identity, in order to increase reach, engagement, and efficiencies across channels. The primary contributor goal for this role is to produce marketing collateral that will assist in elevating the customers perception and understanding of Amazon Advertising from an e-commerce performance partner to a holistic marketing solution that can add value at all stages of the customer journey, regardless of whether or not the advertiser sells on Amazon.

This highly cross-functional role requires you to align with sales stakeholders and advertiser objectives, which constantly adjust based on market conditions and feedback from customers. You will be responsible for developing strong marketing material which includes sales collateral/pitch decks, case studies, playbooks, web page content, trade posts, product videos, and other deliverables that support Amazon Ads solutions and Ad Tech stack. The content you produce will be insight-led and bring to life go-to-market strategies that support a consistent Ad Tech narrative. You will combine strong analytical acumen with creativity. And, you will hold a consistently high bar for both customer-facing and internal materials.

Key job responsibilities

Contribute to the narrative and serve as an internal advocate for agency planning and ad tech customers. Create content to address their unique needs, leading them to our solutions.
Partner closely with agency sales to develop a strategic global marketing plan to increase Amazon Ads + AdTech awareness, consideration, comprehension, and relevance amongst agency decision makers.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Training teams, Sales, Analytics and Insights, Retail, Legal, and PR to deliver best-in-class, bar-raising, customer-facing content.
Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to deliver both product-specific and solution portfolio messaging tailored for agency audiences.
Create compelling sales enablement and marketing collateral including direct-to agency content across owned channels (such as email, website, events, webinars) and unowned channels (such as social, partner events, paid media, podcasts).
Create content that surfaces audience insights, and positions our products as solutions for agency decision maker needs.
Develop and execute against a robust measurement attribution plan, moving the needle on agency customer sentiment.
MBA preferred
Fluent in the digital advertising landscape
Experience working with or at a media agency
Knowledgeable in industry privacy changes
Cross-functional experience across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, PR, Legal, Training, and Research
Entrepreneurial spirit/ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment with minimal direction
Ability to make ruthless prioritization decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment with limited resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Own creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion
Confident leading walk throughs of materials and fielding questions
Fanatical attention to detail
