You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Strategic Marketing Coordinator like you to be a part of our team.
As a Strategic Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for participating in the development and execution of an annual marketing plan, including the development and dissemination of email/marketing campaigns, selecting and coordinating tradeshows and hosted events, web content development, developing sales collateral and presentations, graphic design. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior marketing staff and business leaders to support the marketing initiatives of the assigned business/product/service.
In this role you will be responsible for the below activities:
Provide tactical support for the execution of all marketing plans designed to promote business line and membership growth, service line strategies and company goals to include graphic design and content maintenance for print projects, websites, portals, social media and email marketing campaigns.
Support marketing service line leaders in development of graphics and content for sales collateral, presentations, web content, sales training materials and digital marketing campaigns.
Ensure deliverables are developed and deadlines met for tradeshows, region events, email campaigns, web promotions and advertising, member communications and website management.
Lead the development and maintenance of our PowerPoint presentation library to include style guide, graphics and content updates.
Develop and maintain all sales collateral and presentation decks.
Create and manage quarterly business review template and slides.
Support sales staff through presentations, collateral and webinars.
Support strategic planning needs including competitive assessments and new business opportunities.
Create monthly member newsletters, special announcements and content for website/portal.
Manage content calendar for social media, member education, newsletter and lead gen campaigns.
Work with select suppliers to promote contract adoption via webinars, collateral, special announcements and lead gen.
Manage any digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate education presentations and graphics for conferences.
Create internal reference guides on company or product offerings.
Coordinate vendor presentations and business meetings with outside third-party organizations.
If appropriate for assigned business, coordinate quarterly Private Equity business calls.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and/or healthcare management.
3+ years of experience in strategic marketing, graphic design, email marketing, corporate communications and/or project management or equivalent educational training.
Advanced skills in graphic design and content writing with the ability to work with subject matter experts to grasp complex business subjects and effectively translate information via multiple marketing channels. Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a must.
HubSpot or similar marcom platform experience desired
Requires superior written and verbal communication skills. Presentation skills and communications capabilities must be excellent in order to build credibility and engage cross-functional teams.
Experienced in project management systems and processes, possessing a high degree of organization, attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality, results driven and customer focused.
Experienced working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across multiple level of the organization. Must be able to juggle multiple projects/priorities and keep all on track.
Candidate must show a portfolio of related work that demonstrates proficiency in graphic design, email marketing, corporate communications, content development and presentation design/management.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word Press.
Proficient in using project management systems, e.g. Workfront or equivalent to manage projects.
Proficient in building campaigns using email marketing, marketing automation and CRM systems.
If supporting HealthTrust or AdvantageTrust GPO, prefer that candidate has knowledge of healthcare GPO or B2B. If supporting CoreTrust prefer that candidate has knowledge of GPO industry, Private equity businesses, and/or supply chain is highly preferred. If supporting Easibuy, prefer candidate have knowledge of procurement process and public industry purchasing and contracting.
