The Video/Visual Content Creator and Coordinator will be expected to perform tasks as assigned with limited supervision and is expected to maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.
This individual will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, candidate should be innovative, organized and self-motivated with a keen interest in driving strategic messages to key internal and external audiences.
Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the Creative Services Manager. This position has no direct reports.
. Requirements:
Works collaboratively with the marketing team to develop project plan for TWCCH/TWCGME Documentary project
Assist with planning, creating, and managing video and creative content across all digital and social channels
Create visual content with an exceptional range of creative, technical and documentary imagery
Archive and organizes digital content appropriately
Assist with managing visual content across digital and social channels, including website, social platforms and all digital marketing efforts
Asses assigned projects and workload in order to manage time efficiently and effectively
Meet deadlines with little to no supervision
Take direction well and is able to collaborate with or execute on others’ ideas
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Media Production and/or Graphic Design is required
2 years of relevant video editing/shooting/graphic design experience preferred
Knowledge of audio/video production and editing
The ability to operate cameras, audio recorders and/or lighting equipment
Experience working with a team or crew to execute a video project
Photography experience a plus
Graphic experience a plus
Computer proficiency required including Microsoft and Adobe suite required
Strategic thinker with solid conceptual abilities
Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational ability
A multi-tasker and list maker who enjoys working at a fast pace with multiple deadlines
Highly self-motivated
Valid PA driver’s license
PACECARD METRICS:
Assist with creating social media content
Creation of video/digital/visual communication campaign for internal audiences for internal communications or HR trainings.
Increase followers and audiences by 10% on social media channels, emphasis on building content strategy for YouTube.
Creation of video campaign for COVID vaccinations
Assist with the Creation of a Documentary Treatment narrative
