Ottobock North America is in search of a Website Content Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. This position will oversee websites within the region and be responsible for their upkeep, optimization, and performance in accordance with global and local digital marketing objectives. Furthermore, this individual will play a leading role in supporting our user-centered digital experience and will monitor website trends and conduct user research to identify opportunities to improve user experience across our sites. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee select regional websites and perform daily site upkeep, content activation, and performance monitoring. Partner with key stakeholders to develop website content strategy and relevant KPIs to monitor impact. Partner with global digital marketing stakeholders on website-related projects and initiatives. Create user stories, journeys and other documentation to ensure seamless web experiences. Conduct content audits and provide strategic content direction and recommendations to update, add or remove content, and how to optimize webpages for SEO KPIs. Conduct user research (i.e., interviews, surveys) to gauge experience with our websites, analyze the findings, and proactively share recommendations with relevant stakeholders to improve website performance and user experience. Play an active role in website content development, including copywriting and editing for channel performance as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3+ years of in-house or agency experience in website management, UI/UX, and/or web design. Proven experience with website content management, content authoring, and administration of a modern CMS platform. Contentful experience preferred. Highly proficient in HTML/CSS/JS and able to work with internal and third-party developers as they use these languages to realize website design enhancements. Understanding of CRM and ecommerce and their interdependencies with website structure and experience. Salesforce experience preferred. Experience with Google Analytics, Optimizely, and HotJar. Experience driving SEO/SEM programs and analyzing performance to meet campaign objectives. Understanding of UX/UI and how to convert insights into tangible changes to drive performance of websites. Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. |
