This position will work closely with our internal Lending, Retail, Operations and Digital Banking teams, as well as externally with digital marketing vendors. Contribute to the comprehensive buildout of our digital marketing platform Provide high-level analysis and recommendations on digital marketing strategies and best practices that can improve customer engagement and conversions Evaluate, track, and report digital marketing analytics and metrics and provide recommendations for improved marketing performance Provide recommendations on strategic marketing initiatives Facilitate and lead digital marketing and website development projects and requirements Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organization of all digital marketing collateral Maintain regular social media activity while driving increased engagement Provide regular maintenance and updates to our website Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients queries Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding company information Performs other duties and projects as assigned and requested Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, public relations, strategic communications, journalism, marketing, organizational development or related field. 3+ years professional experience in digital marketing or related field; specifically marketing on social media, digital display, SEO/SEM, online engagement and website maintenance Banking experience a plus Demonstrates strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including web marketing, content marketing, marketing automation, search engine marketing, user experience and digital analytics Performs work under general supervision Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff Demonstrates ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and multi-task Demonstrates strong analytical thinking skills Demonstrates strong customer service skills (customer-oriented) Shows strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates ability to interact efficiently with applications including the Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications; willingness to learn Experience on an agile development team preferred Self-motivated, confident, creative and innovative Work Environment and Physical Demands Business office setting with creative collaboration.
