Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a B2B Campaign Content Development, Sr. Manager on our Marketing Communications team in Round Rock, Texas and all remote locations in the U.S. What you’ll achieve As a B2B Campaign Content Development, Sr. Manager, you’ll be responsible for global long-form content development and execution, collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the organization. You will drive the creation of content (whitepapers/research studies) that delivers against campaign and content strategy, helping to promote Dell’s point of views and drive customer engagement. Where you will bring the most value is in soft skills, including relationship building, influence, problem solving with proven ability to navigate through the complexities of a highly matrixed organization. You will: Leadership of the B2B campaigns content development and operations team, including team goals, priorities and strategic vision, as well as team member coaching, development and capacity management Finalize, evangelize, and execute content plan with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with field and partner marketing execution strategies Lead team through implementation of Agile methodologies and practices for content development Build strategic relationships with 3rd party analysts (IDC, Forrester, etc.) and across Dell (Analyst relations, Product Marketing, Field Marketing) Evangelizes and drives content development transformation to create compelling content Understand the IT decision maker audience and is passionate about customer-focused and benefits-driven content Drives cross-functional collaboration, consensus and process alignment Operationalizes key content team processes, including content audit, transformation initiatives, best practice sharing, translations, and campaign playbook Manages budget, including securing MDF funding for content creation and own the reimbursement process Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements At least 2 years of managerial and leadership experience 10+ years experience in commissioning research studies with 3rdparties, marketing content development, research, or related experience Proven experience managing highly complex initiatives; ability to operate in a matrixed organization and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
